What "made to order" means
Items marked made to order (apparel, headwear and other printed merchandise) are produced individually for you after purchase. We do not hold stock of these items.
Production and changes
After payment there is a short review window before your item enters production. Once production starts, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled, because the item is being printed specifically for you.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a made-to-order item free of charge while it is still in the review window. Once the item is in production, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are no longer available. Items that arrive damaged, misprinted or defective are always replaced or refunded — contact support with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping
Made-to-order items ship separately from in-stock and digital items in the same order, and typically add 2–7 business days of production time before dispatch.
